- We do not ask for any up-front fees from you. You will be billed only once from us once you are paid.
- We will need to get some personal information from you in order to submit a successful claim. Most states require your driver's license/government issued ID and social security number. This is done to verify all proceeds are sent to the correct person. Once the claim has been paid, all of your information is 100% wiped clean from our records.
